A little spring whimsy toadstool necklace. The cluster of little toadstools is just what the snail was looking for. This wood burned pendant is 1 3/4 inches long, strung on an 18" antique brass chain with a lobster closure. A wire wrapped gemstone bead completes it.
All of my wood jewelry is colorized using either acrylics, alcohol inks, distress stains or colored pencils and then made permanent with an acrylic sealant.
Due to the freehand nature of my work, there are variations in each piece, which makes them unique, one of a kind wearable works of art.
