Holiday Market
KICK OFF YOUR HOLIDAY SHOPPING 11/22 & 23, 10-4 PM

The Holiday Market returns to kick off the holiday season indoors at the Westtown School Athletic Center in West Chester PA on Nov. 22 & 23 from 10-4 pm. This Market, our largest to date, will feature 120+ curated artisan makers and a small number of antique vendors with holiday-focused items in the roomy 33,000 SF indoor space. Food, desserts, coffee and non-alcoholic festive drinks will also be available throughout the day. The vendor list and spaces are below.
Check out the vendor gallery!

WHAT ARE THE HOURS? The Market is open from 10-4 PM both days.
IS THERE AN ADMISSION FEE? The Market is FREE to attend. Parking is also FREE.
HOW TO I GET THERE? Westtown's 600 acre campus is accessible from Chester County, the Main Line, Delaware County and beyond. We are located in the indoor Athletic Center (see map below), sometimes known as the Field House, on the Ground level. See map below for details.
> From points west: you can use the W. Entrance at 975 Westtown Road
> From points east: you can use the E. Entrance at 960 Shady Grove Way
WHERE DO I PARK? If you used the West entrance, the closest lot is the North Lot directly behind the Athletic Center or the West Lot behind the nearby Admissions building. If you used the East entrance, you will park in East Lot.
We will have parking attendants onsite to direct you to the closest open lot.
Additional overflow parking will be used if needed along East School Lane and on Walker Field (weather permitting). Additional directions and parking information can be found on the Westtown School website. Carpooling is ALWAYS encouraged!
There is a one way road, Friends Meeting Lane, which flows from the West to East sides of campus will be opened up once the parking lots on the west side of campus fill up. You will not be able to drive through from the east to west sides.

IS HANDICAPPED PARKING AVAILABLE? There are designated handicapped spaces available in the North lot behind the venue. You can also be dropped off at the side entrance to the Athletic Center (by the pool) on Friends Meeting Lane which takes you directly onto the show floor or you can be dropped off near the front door. Please let our valets/parking team know if you need additional assistance or a different option. There is an elevator from the lobby down to Ground level.

CAN I PREVIEW THE VENDORS? If you'd like to get a visual on who will be participating, check out our vendor gallery. We'll also be posting product sneak peeks from the vendors on our Instagram stories. The vendor list and their spaces is below.
IS THERE FOOD? Yes and you'll definitely want to come hungry! We've got a new setup this year with indoor and outdoor options featuring:
Food Trucks Outside Main Entry: Clean Plate Club, Philly Hots, The Little Sicilian, Hangry Bear Creamery (ice cream & hot chocolate)
Food & Beverages Inside Lobby/Foyer: La Llamita Vegana (vegan options), Many Hands Coffee, Wallace Dry Goods (non-alcoholic festive drinks), Mr. Big Stuff Cookies (Saturday only) & Lola Patisserie (Sunday only)
NEW: our food vendors have made a shift to new locations due to the newly resurfaced floor in the vending areas. But - good news! - the food trucks will have their full menus, and we still have seating in several inside locations including on the Main level, Ground level, and in the Belfry building across from the food trucks.
Covered beverages are permitted in the vendor areas; food is not permitted.

IS THE EVENT FAMILY-FRIENDLY? Yes, the Market and our merchandise is appropriate for all ages. Kids will enjoy our food and desserts, choosing gifts for loved ones, and holiday sparkles and seasonal designs with our face-painter.
WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER? The Market is indoors and will be held rain, snow or shine. You'll love shopping with us in our comfortable indoor setting!
ARE PETS ALLOWED? No, only service animals are permitted in the venue.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME? Although our vendors accept credit cards and other digital payments, cash is always appreciated. We also encourage you to bring a reusable bag for your purchases. If the weather is warmer, it will be easiest to leave your coat in the car.
