Holiday Market

The Holiday Market returns for its fourth year to kick off the holiday season indoors at the Westtown School Athletic Center in West Chester PA on Nov. 21 & 22 from 10-4 pm. The Market will feature 125 curated artisan makers and antique vendors with holiday-focused items in the roomy 33,000 SF indoor space. Food, desserts, and coffee will also be available throughout the day.  The vendor list and spaces are below.

Saturday is our busier day.  If you're able, come on Sunday! The vendors will have restocked their merchandise, and parking will not be as crowded (and you'll likely get a closer parking spot).

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?  The Market is open from 10-4 PM both days. 

IS THERE AN ADMISSION FEE?  The Market is FREE to attend. Parking is also FREE.

HOW DO I GET THERE & WHERE TO PARK?  Westtown's 600-acre campus is accessible from Chester County, the Main Line, Delaware County and beyond. We are located in the indoor Athletic Center (our updated parking map will be added shortly), sometimes known as the Field House, on the Ground level. 

Three entrances, plenty of parking. Last year the West entrance had lines at times, especially on Saturday, because it’s the default GPS address. We encourage everyone to spread out and try the East or South entrances too.  Please allow adequate time to find your parking space.

Here are the addresses you can use:

• East Entrance: 960 Shady Grove Way. Park in the East Lot or gravel lot right after you pull onto campus, or follow the road around to access the South lots. This is also a good rideshare drop-off. If needed, overflow parking will be utilized along E. School Lane. Accessible spots are available in the E. lot or you can be dropped off closer to the front door from E. School lane.
• West Entrance: 975 Westtown Road. Park in the West Lot behind the Admissions building or the North Lot behind the Athletic Center. Closer accessible spaces are available in the North lot, or you can be dropped off at the side entrance to the building by the pool which takes you directly to the show floor.
• South Entrance: 999 Westtown Road. Follow Oak Lane past the turf fields down to the South lot and overflow grass areas around the South lot. All parking on the South side is just a short roughly 5 minute walk up campus to the Athletic Center.

Parking attendants will direct you to the closest open lot. If needed, overflow parking will be utilized along East School Lane and on Walker Field next to the North Lot (grass, weather permitting) and on the fields around the South lots (grass, weather permitting). Carpooling is always encouraged!

CAN I GET A PARKING MAP? Please stay tuned to this page for our final updated parking map in early November. We have approximately 470 paved & gravel lot spots available on campus in the North, East, West, and South lots (and along E. School Lane when activated by our parking team) with additional overflow areas activated as needed.

CAN I PREVIEW THE VENDORS?  If you'd like to get a visual on who will be participating, we will be posting a vendor gallery as we get closer to the Market date. We'll also be posting product sneak peeks from the vendors on our Instagram stories. 

IS THERE FOOD?  Yes and you'll definitely want to come hungry!  Our food vendors are listed below. Covered beverages are permitted in the vendor areas but food is not permitted. We will have seating just inside the main entrance to the Athletic Center and in the adjacent Belfry building by the food trucks.

IS THE EVENT FAMILY-FRIENDLY?  Yes, the Market and our merchandise are appropriate for all ages. Kids will enjoy our food and desserts, choosing gifts for loved ones, and holiday sparkles and seasonal designs with our face-painter.

WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?  The Market is indoors and will be held rain, snow or shine. You'll love shopping with us in our comfortable indoor setting!

ARE PETS ALLOWED?  Pets are NOT allowed.  Only service animals are permitted.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?  Although our vendors accept credit cards and other digital payments, cash is always appreciated. We also encourage you to bring a reusable bag for your purchases.

SHOULD I BRING MY COAT INSIDE?  Even a large facility such as ours can get hot when full, especially if the weather outside is warmer. If you're comfortable doing so, you may prefer to leave your coat in the car.  The Athletic Center is not air conditioned.
