• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of confirmed receipt of the item(s).  
  • If you would like to return an item for a refund, the first step is to contact us.  Please include your order number, product details, and reason for the return. 
    • To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. That means it must be in the original packaging, unworn with tags, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in a suitable condition for resale.
    • All bath and body/apothecary products, candles, and opened food products are FINAL SALE sale unless incorrect or damaged in transit. 
    • Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service as we are not responsible for lost packages. We will send instructions regarding where to return your items(s).  
    • After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. 
    • If your item arrives and is damaged or is incorrect, please email us and provide photographs of the item and your order information (see above) so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
