Great news...shipping is FREE! At this time, we only ship domestically.
- Your orders will be shipping directly from the small businesses owner who made or collected your item. You may receive multiple shipments to complete your order.
- Items are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed and typically arrive within 5 -7 business days from the shipping date. Please note that from approx. Nov 1-Dec 31 ("holiday season"), orders may take from 3-5 business days to ship as this is the busiest time of the year for our vendors.
Due to COVID-19 and other factors, shipments from some carriers are being delayed, sometimes significantly in the case of the USPS. We want you to be assured that all of our vendors will be getting your items to you as quickly as possible, and that carrier delays are completely out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- You will receive a confirmation of your order along with tracking information once your item(s) have shipped and are in the hands of the carrier. If you run into a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If you need to ship a gift, you can do this with a separate transaction. We are not able to process different shipping addresses for different items in one transaction.
- Custom orders (e.g. a monogrammed jewelry item) may also incur an additional processing time for the vendor to prepare the item. Vendors have made every effort to include this in their item description notes.
- Once an order is placed, we unfortunately can not make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.
We want you to love your order and are happy to assist with product returns. The items sold on our website are either handmade or antiques/vintage. As a result, products may have subtle variations (if handmade) or normal and expected signs of age (if vintage). These are not considered flaws, but part of the beauty of buying products of this kind.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of confirmed receipt of the item(s).
- If you would like to return an item for a refund, the first step is to contact us. Please include your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
- To be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. That means it must be in the original packaging, unworn with tags, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in a suitable condition for resale.
- All bath and body/apothecary products, candles, and opened food products are FINAL SALE sale unless incorrect or damaged in transit.
- Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service as we are not responsible for lost packages. We will send instructions regarding where to return your items(s).
- After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
- If your item arrives and is damaged or is incorrect, please email us and provide photographs of the item and your order information (see above) so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
- All sale or discounted items are FINAL and may not be returned or exchanged.
